Jill Namaste is the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Senior Managing Partner of Riviera Staffing Partners LLC. With more than 40 years of staffing industry experience, including 25 years in executive leadership with Kelly Services, Jill acquired the Riviera Staffing brand in 2019 and has continued building the company through strong leadership, strategic growth, and a people-first approach.

William T Johnson serves as Chief Operating Officer and Principal Director of Riviera Staffing Partners LLC. With more than 21 years of experience in the staffing industry, William brings a proven track record of leadership, operational development, team building, and business growth. In his role, he helps lead company operations, strengthen organizational performance, and support the continued expansion of Riviera Staffing Partners.

Lee Martinez joins the Riviera Staffing Partners leadership team as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 10 years of staffing industry experience and five years of successfully owning and operating his own staffing firm in Orlando, Florida. With a proven track record in financial management, business development, and building sustainable brands,

Horece has been a part of Riviera Staffing Partners since 2021 and has played a key role in the development of his area. He became Regional Manager in May 2024, and due to his strong leadership, has now been promoted to Regional Vice President.

Miranda has been with Riviera Staffing Partners since 2019, starting as an Administrative Assistant. Through dedication, initiative, and a commitment to excellence, she advanced to Regional Vice President. Miranda now oversees the New York and New Jersey market areas and plays a key role in driving results and building strong client and talent.

Rowdy joined Riviera Staffing in 2020 during the pandemic and has grown from Branch Manager to one of the strongest Regional Vice Presidents in our organization. Based in Orlando, Florida, Rowdy leads the Florida region along with Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. With 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, Rowdy continues to be a valued leader as Riviera Staffing Partners grows.
